🧢 1. Pop on a Hat
Lizzy says: “A hat is your hero helmet!” Wide-brimmed, flap neck, or a cool cap – make sure it shades your child’s face, ears, and neck. It’s a simple and effective way to keep the sun off sensitive skin.
🕶️ 2. Slip on Sunnies
Protect those precious peepers! Choose sunglasses with 100% UVA and UVB protection – the wraparound kind are best. Lizzy loves sunnies that make her look extra super while guarding her eyes from sun damage.
👕 3. Slide into Sun Protection Swimwear
