Delivery can be made to any address, provided that the billing address for your payment card is also included on your order.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or a suitable courier partner and are usually dispatched within one working day (Monday–Friday).
- UK Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. Standard delivery within the UK is free.
- Republic of Ireland Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Customers in the Republic of Ireland are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may apply.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly for international shipments.
Additional delivery services, such as First Class or tracked delivery, may be available. Any items sent using tracked or signed-for services may require a signature on delivery.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge (if applicable) will be added automatically. You will always be able to review this before completing your order.
The contents of your order and your delivery location will determine which delivery services are available. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Kidz Swimmers will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one parcel to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to meet estimated delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Kidz Swimmers shall not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses arising from delays. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, based on the highest applicable rate depending on your order contents and chosen service. This will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Force Majeure
Kidz Swimmers shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Kidz Swimmers, you have 28 working days from receipt to do so.
Returned goods must:
- Be unworn and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Be complete with any accessories
We cannot accept returns of items that are worn, damaged, incomplete or soiled.
If your item is faulty or has missing parts, please notify us within 10 working days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
- Unwanted items:
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Delivery charge refunds are not given for unwanted goods that are returned. - Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
If your return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, we will reimburse your reasonable return postage costs once the issue has been verified.
All returns should include a copy of the delivery note.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by emailing us at info@kidzswimmers.com or by phoning us on 0845 094 1545.
All orders are usually dispatched within one working day (Monday-Friday).
Exchanges
You can return an item for an exchange if you'd like a different colour or size of the same item. If you wish to exchange please return the goods as above along with your returns form ensuring the "exchange required" box is ticked. Below this box please include the size & colour of the product you would like to be sent as an exchange. Our customer services team may need to get in contact with you regarding this. We will endeavour to exchange your item however if we are out of stock we will issue a full refund for the item and notify you via email. Please note that we cannot reserve items for exchanges prior to receiving the original item back.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel orders for certain items purchased from our website within a statutory cooling-off period. This is normally 14 working days from the day after the date on which the item in question was delivered.

In each case within the statutory cooling-off period and giving details of the items ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery date.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been delivered to you, please place the item securely in its original packing and return it to us with your despatch note to the above address.
A refund will be made to the payment method used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased including standard delivery costs if paid. However, please note, that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective.
